The ideal would be to book the boat the first days of your vacations in Menorca, and if the chosen day you can not leave because of bad sea we change the date, no problem.
The day before boarding (with the updated weather report) we will send you by Whatsapp the location so you can confirm the activity. We will also send you a small Manual of Navigation and Good Practices at Sea.
- If for reasons beyond Llatinaboats control, the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the boarding day, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- If for reasons beyond Llatinaboats control, the client cancels the reservation 3-6 days before the boarding day, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
- Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 100% penalty.
- If the reservation is canceled due to weather conditions, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
